WCC Non-Travel Cheer Program

Big dreams can start close to home! The Warriors Competitive Cheer Non-Travel Program is the perfect introduction to competitive cheerleading for athletes and families who want the excitement of competition without the expense and commitment of traveling out of state.

Our non-travel athletes will learn the fundamentals of competitive cheer in a positive, structured, and encouraging environment. Cheerleaders will work on motions, jumps, dance, stunting, tumbling, teamwork, confidence, performance skills, and a complete competition routine.

Program Details

  • Total season cost: $500
  • Registration deposit: $100
  • Remaining balance: $400
  • Monthly payments: Four payments of $100
  • Practice: Tuesdays from 5:30 PM–7:00 PM
  • Competitions: All competitions will be local
  • Beginner-friendly
  • No previous cheerleading experience is required

The $150 deposit is required to reserve your cheerleader’s spot and will be applied toward the total program cost. Spaces are limited, and registration is not complete until the deposit and all required paperwork have been received.

Monthly Payment Plan

After the $150 registration deposit is paid, the remaining $400 balance will be divided into four monthly payments of $100.

The payment schedule is:

  • December 1: $100
  • January 1: $100
  • February 1: $100
  • March 1: $100

All monthly payments are due by the first day of each month. Families may pay their balance early or pay the full remaining balance at any time.

Payments received after the first of the month may be subject to a late fee. Athletes must remain financially current to participate in practices, performances, competitions, and other team activities.

If your family needs to discuss a payment arrangement, please contact WCC before the payment deadline. We are committed to working with families when communication happens early. All special payment arrangements must be approved in advance and do not remove the responsibility of paying the full program balance.

What Athletes Will Experience

Our cheerleaders will receive more than cheer instruction. They will be part of a team that promotes confidence, discipline, responsibility, friendship, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Our coaches focus on helping every athlete feel supported while encouraging them to work hard and reach their full potential.

Throughout the season, athletes will learn:

  • Proper cheer motions and technique
  • Jumps and jump combinations
  • Age-appropriate stunting skills
  • Beginner tumbling fundamentals
  • Dance, rhythm, and performance
  • Competition routine choreography
  • Teamwork and communication
  • Confidence on and off the competition floor
  • Good sportsmanship and respect for others

Family Commitment

Competitive cheer is a team sport, and every athlete plays an important role in the routine. Families should be prepared to attend all practices, competitions, team events, and required performances. Consistent attendance protects the safety of the entire team and allows athletes to build confidence in their skills.

Parents and guardians are expected to communicate with coaches, follow all program policies, meet payment deadlines, and support a positive team environment.

Competition Schedule

All competitions will be held locally, making this program a more affordable and family-friendly option. Although overnight travel is not planned, families should keep competition dates open once the schedule is released.

Competition dates, times, and locations are determined by event organizers and may change. Families will receive updates as soon as WCC receives confirmed information. Competition days may require early arrival times and several hours at the venue.

Additional personal expenses, including spectator admission, parking, food, and optional purchases, may not be included in the program fee.

The WCC Experience

At Warriors Competitive Cheer, every athlete deserves the opportunity to feel seen, supported, and celebrated. We welcome athletes of all backgrounds, experience levels, and abilities. Discrimination, bullying, body-shaming, and disrespectful behavior are not tolerated.

Our goal is to provide an affordable and positive introduction to competitive cheer while helping athletes discover their strength, build lasting friendships, and experience the pride of accomplishing something as a team.

Your cheerleader does not have to arrive knowing everything. She only needs to come ready to learn, work hard, have fun, and become a Warrior!
