🌟 Cheer Family Update: Our New Fundraising Process is Here! 🌟
Hey Cheer Families! We’re so excited to roll out our new and improved fundraising process for the 2025-2026 season! We’ve listened to your feedback and are making things clearer, more flexible, and (hopefully!) way less stressful for everyone.
Here’s what you need to know:
• Per Cheerleader: $1,485
• Magic Cheerleaders: $700
• Families with Siblings: $2,500 (combined)
• Family with Magic + Full Travel: $1,800
🏆 WHAT DOES THIS COVER?
Your fundraising helps cover THREE big competitions (not included in regular season fees):
• 🌴 Florida (The Open at Universal)
• 🏰 Kalahari in the Poconos
• 🏖️ Virginia Beach or Ocean City, MD (Rec Nationals or Reach the Beach)
💡 HOW FUNDRAISING WORKS
1️⃣ Pick Your Fundraisers!Akira is planning a TON of fun options! You get to choose which ones work best for your family.
2️⃣ Mandatory Raffle Fundraiser
• 🎟️ The ONLY required fundraiser
• 🎟️ Raffle tickets handed out at Team Reveals
• 🎟️ Due back in January
• 🎟️ $300 per cheerleader
• 🎟️ $250 for Magic Cheerleaders
• 🎟️ $500 per family with siblings
3️⃣ All Other Fundraisers: Optional!Do as many as you’d like to reach your goal! We’ll keep a real-time tracker so you always know where you stand.
💸 EXTRA FUNDRAISED FUNDS
If your family raises over your goal, any extra funds will automatically go towards your travel costs for Nationals! Every bit of extra effort you put in can help make your trip even more affordable.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Unraised Funds
Any fundraising amount not reached by each family will be the responsibility of the parents to pay.In the past, we have added extra fundraising or worked to offset costs for those who came up short. This season, that will no longer be the case. Akira will communicate all available fundraising options and you can pick what works best for your family, but the board, coaches, and cheer presidents will not be taking on extra work to cover unraised balances.
If you opted out of fundraising on TeamSnap: This option was a mistake as it was added from last year’s registration. Good thing is, you have already covered the Kalahari competition. Your balance for fundraising is $1,000.
🎉 GROUP FUNDRAISING & EVENTS
All proceeds from group events and gym-wide fundraisers will support our entire gym! This helps us provide:
• New gym equipment
• Toiletries & supplies
• Coaches’ training & development
• And all the little things that keep our cheer family going strong!

• Helps our coaches and board by sharing the workload.
• We recommend joining as many fundraisers as you can!

At Team Reveals, you’ll get your raffle tickets and sign the updated cheer contract with all these details.
🤝 NEED-BASED HELP & CONFIDENTIALITY
We support families in need—always privately and confidentially. We will never discuss the families we help with other families, board members, or anyone else. That is not anyone’s business and will always remain confidential.Family fundraising never covers another family’s fees—we find separate donors for that. All parents are expected to participate in fundraising.
