• Introduction to Cheer and Level 1

Focus on basic skills, including:

• Basic stunting (prep-level stunts) 
• Basic tumbling
• Limited Travel 
• Practice twice per week 

Beginners are welcome! 

•  Cheerleaders should possess some basic cheer knowledge. 

Skills required:

• Basic toe touch
• Tight motions
• Ability to learn an 8-count dance after being shown 3-4 times
• Basic stunt knowledge
• Ability to perform a cartwheel or forward roll and learn basic tumbling skills 

Intermediate cheer skills required:

• Ability to stunt preps and fulls
• Solid back walkover or ability to perform a back handspring (preferred)
• Ability to execute a double jump
• Motions should be tight and clean
• Ability to learn an 8-count dance after being shown 2 times
• Cheer knowledge with the capacity to learn advanced tumbling skills 

Skills required:

• Ability to perform a back handspring (preferred)
• Ability to hit a triple jump
• Ability to learn 2 8-count dances after being shown 1 time
• Motions must be tight and clean 
• Understanding of cheer with the ability to perform elite level full extended one-leg stunts
• A passion for cheer and a willingness to work extremely hard
